2、 Working principle
Normal warp yarn: The sensing piece is lifted by the warp yarn, the circuit is closed, and the loom is running.
Broken yarn: When the sensing piece falls, it triggers the micro switch/sensor inside the base, immediately stopping the machine to prevent defects such as missing warp and thinning.
