Load bearing and positioning reference
As the installation base of the warp stopping device, it carries the warp stopping frame, warp stopping strip, warp stopping piece and circuit components, ensuring overall rigidity and positional accuracy (positioning error ≤ 0.2mm), resisting high-frequency vibration and warp tension of the loom, and preventing displacement and deformation.
Ensure stable interruption detection
The six column structure provides uniform support, maintaining the relative position between the warp stop piece and the warp yarn, ensuring that the stop piece can reliably fall and trigger a stop when the warp is broken, avoiding missed inspections/false stops, and improving the fabric qualification rate.
Lightweight and vibration resistant
Aluminum alloy material combines high strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-speed weaving machines (400-1000 revolutions per minute), reduces vibration interference, and extends service life.
